ADXE Legacy Positioner Cabinet no Cold AC power No Cold power in the Positioner Cabinet. DS2 on the RFP1A3 AC Distribution Assembly not lit. 480VAC present on both sides of Filter FL1, but only 120VAC measured between RFP1A3 J9-1 and 2 (should measure 240VAC).
