When an HFO system loses power, the SHeM connected to the system hub cannot call out an alarm or be remotely accessed See Long Description PQR 13075888 The scanner lost power over the weekend. The SHeM uses a broadband connection for InSite. The SHeM network cable goes to the hub on the scanner as called for in the installation instructions and Interconnect Diagram. When the scanner lost power the hub also lost power and the means for the SHeM to communicate the alarm was severed. Helium was lost and will likely be a GE expense.
