Install Calibration Wizard will not switch to Maintenance Mode if IIS Key is Missing when Upgrading from HD to HDx

Symptom

Install Calibration Wizard will not switch to Maintenance Mode if IIS Key is Missing when Upgrading from HD to HDx See Long Description. SMILe 4/14/2006 SMILe 4/14/06 Subject: When Upgrading from HD to HDx, Install Calibration Wizard will not switch to Maintenance Mode if IIS key is Missing. Effectivity: All Signa 1.5T and 3.0T HDx (14.0) MR Systems. Problem: The site upgraded from 9.X to HD (12.0) and some of the calibrations were performed at HD but not all. A SaveINFO was done and then HDx (14.0) software was loaded. Since all the HD calibrations were not finished before the SaveINFO was done, an Install In Spec (IIS) key was never generated. As a result an IIS key was not present on the HD SaveINFO for transfer to HDx. When the HDx Installation Calibration Wizard was started the required calibration tools were not available. Since no IIS key was available the ICW could not switch from Install to Maintanence mode and allow access to the needed calibration tools.
