Symptom
Ultranet Collimator on Advantx RAD SCPU blade position Resets during PREP Advantx RAD SCPU Compax 40E with SG60 Vertical Bucky Stand. When the Table Bucky is selected and the Collimator Blades are manually closed to a smaller field size, the blades reopen to the full cassette size during PREP. On one specific site, the problem appeared only with the Table Bucky, but not when the SG60 Vertical Bucky was selected.
