DRS Unable to upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2
Symptom
DRS Unable to upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2 Need to upgrade the DRS 3.1/3.2 to firmware 5.10 to allow the system to work with the DRS Gateway. When replacing the proms in the VME Board and it powers up the DRS, the Motherboard locks up on C0 and the disk and rack red leds on the Motherboard turn on.
