PROTEUS FMI 17025 & New Installation Issue
Symptom
PROTEUS FMI 17025 and New Installation Issue There is an issue with both FMI 17025 and new Proteus installations using 2.13 version console software. There can be strange exposure hold issues with no error messages. Typical scenario: Table Bucky is selected, cassette in tray, and OTS at the proper SID. The system will produce an exposure hold. If the customer chooses table top and then reselects the Table Bucky, exposures are permitted until such time as the cassette is removed and reinserted.
