Symptom
Precision 500D Table Fluoro Carriage Front Bumper Misaligned Precision 500D Table Fluoro Carriage Front Bumper is not properly adjusted, allows excessive travel toward the front of the table. Table counterweight bolts may interfere with the Siemens fluoro collimator, resulting in collimator mechanical damage and loss of alignment. Several sites have also reported the fluoro tube terminal strip may also short out. Fluoro tube 120 VAC supply terminal may short out tripping breaker in the PDU. Jedi generator “No cooling fan supply” error message displayed.
Error message
Error 80-0902 Tube Fan Supply Error (no 120 VAC present). There is no power to the cooling fans on X-Ray Tubes.
