Symptom
The Main Circuit Breaker in the Teal PDU in the HFD Cabinet will not reset The main circuit breaker in the Teal PDU in the HFD Cabinet will not reset. It will not even mechanically reset (i.e. stay in the engaged position) with all power off. It doesn't "catch", it immediately swings back to the tripped position, even with all power off. With power off it should "lock" into the on position, and stay there, at least until power is applied. Therefore this is not an electrical problem.
