Image Filter Doesn't Start
Symptom
Image Filter Doesn't Start When the customer attempts to filter images, it doesn't start. They see a popup message as follows, and then when they hit [ok] the message disappears and nothing else happens: "imgAgetNewImageDirectory Fail". This problem began after the FE performed a Load From Cold (complete software reload) due to an unrelated problem. When the customer encountered this new problem, the FE tried removing the image filter option and then adding it again using Guided Install but this had no effect.
