Symptom
HDx DQA Tool Reports Wrong Phantom Used or Mispositioned, Tool Execution Ends. If the wrong entry is selected from the ISO Vector Z pulldown in the Hardware Configuration menu in Guided Install then the DQA Tool may stop executing and report that the phantom is either the wrong type or mispositioned.
Error message
The phantom used appears to be wrong and or severely mispositioned Error message appears in the "Actions Required" section of the DQA Tool screen. See Attachment for a screen shot.
