Symptom
Unable to find the InSite Gateway address when installing FMI 60710: Signa Excite HD Release 12x M5 FMI 60710: "Signa Excite HD Release 12x M5", SECTION 3 "SAVEINFO AND VERIFICATION", step 11 (page 10) directs the FE to find and record the InSite Gateway address by entering the command "more ~insite/.insiteINFO" without the quotation marks. However this error appears when the command is entered. /export/home/insite/.insiteINFO: No such file or directory
