Symptom
No output power from PDU even though 480 V input is applied and Emergency Stop resets See Long Description. FE is performing Excite2 to Excite HD upgrade. After the mechanical upgrade was done, FE found that even though the Teal PDU seems to power up okay (the emergency reset even works) there is no output power from any of the output circuit breakers. He measures 480 volts input to the PDU and all phases are present and properly phased. He is using the same PDU as before the upgrade, there was no change.
