Symptom
The Browser comes up blank, no images listed. After recovering from loss in power, the software rebooted displaying a Browser window with absolutely nothing inside but a white screen.
Error message
1006 Server can't establish Connection, Sorry Failed to Connect to Terra DB Server. Tue Apr 20 10:57:01 2004 Error: 1006 Host: NHSCMRI Process: dbwserver File: dbwcommand.c Line: 1349 Server can't establish connection, sorry Failed to connect to Terra DB Server.
