Cannot connect to Dicom destination.
Symptom
Cannot Connect to Dicom Destination. Unable to Ping Dicom Host In this case this was a Radworks system that the site was trying to configure. They could perform a lower level ping, but not a Ping Dicom hosts from the applications Network pull down.
