APS motherboard and IT link failures

Symptom

APS motherboard and IT link failures causing Missing Images This error shown in the log: unable to open file /export/home1/sdc_image_pool/reserved/IMSseR7C8Ye/5754.4.1.5.sdcopen. Error = 2. When this error occurred it was coincident with a missing image on the disk and in the image series just scanned. Recover database did not help, nor did reloading software. Ran MGD Host >> IT >> APS datapath diagnostics and had 3 failures in 100 reported. Error code was 2252063. Replaced the APS board with IT daughterboard. Diagnostics passed.
