Clarify #013110 Contour/Profile, Trying To Edit Patient Data But The Scanner Won't Accept.
Symptom
Software Will not Accept 2 InItials from the Operator while trying to Edit Patient Data. The customer is trying to edit patient data on the Profile or Contour Scanner (7.4 software or above). As part of the process, the system asks for them to enter their initials. They enter in their 2 initials, but the machine won't accept them.
