Symptom

USB Restricted Service Keys, part number 2383761, expire hours after first use Effectivity: Recently ordered USB Restricted Service keys part number 2383761. Problem: One of the vendors for USB Service keys, Electro Plasma, recently supplied 688 USB Service Keys to GPO. These keys were not properly programmed. The key will expire hours after it is inserted into the system. The defective keys can be identified by the packaging. See Attached photograph.
