Symptom
No Multi Coil Signal but Body Signal is Good after upgrade to Excite HDx HDX upgrade from 12X HD, body signal is good , but no signal in head or multicoil. MC Bias faults or no surface coil signal after HD (12.0) to HDx (14.0) Upgrade. See Long Description. Subject: MC Bias faults or no surface coil signal after HD (12.0) to HDx (14.0) Upgrade. Effectivity: All 1.5T and 3T EXCITE HDx (14.0) MR systems. Problem: System reports Multicoil Bias Faults after completing HD (12.0) to HDx (14.0) upgrade. Coils attached to the legacy Bendix connector will report multicoil bias open faults. Transmit/receive coils, like the Knee TR coil, connected to Hypertronics connector 'A' will scan without faults but no signal will be seen.
