Unable to ping AGP Board.

Symptom

Unable to Ping AGP Board System will not boot, unable to ping AGP board. The BFL light is orange and CPU is green on the AGP board.

Error message

2223849 AGP EPROM power-up boot failed See Long Description Error: 2223849 Host: rmns Process: NSP File: TardisReset.cc Line: 1781 AGP EPROM power-up boot failed. Communication Timed-out from AGP board. Verify that MCP820 boards are installed and seated properly for APS and AGP. Extended Error : MCP820 boards can be identified by the word MCP820 printed on the board extraction lever.
