Unable to Save or Restore System INFO from MOD Media
Symptom
Unable to Save or Restore System INFO from MOD Media See Long Description. FE is unable to read or write system INFO to MOD media. The customer never uses the MOD drive for any purpose so it's unknown whether archive would work or not. The system can "see" the drive and it has the proper SCSI ID and is on the proper SCSI bus. The errors shown below are logged in /var/log/messages when the failure occurs. The FE has reloaded software and has replaced the MOD drive and has tried other media, including both 1.2 GByte and 2.3 GByte Media. The SCSI terminator is connected at the rear of the SCSI tower and its LED is on.
