Symptom
Coil ID Fails and CoilID Light is Red See Long Description Customer is attempting to scan, but getting error that something is wrong with coil ID. The Coil ID LED turns red.

2224854 SRI 8 Channel Switch Comm Error. SRI Received Packet from the 8 Channel Switch which did not Include all Parameters. Wed Apr 14 08:32:03 2004 Error: 2224854 Host: exmr Process: NSP File: SCP:SRI Line: 350 SRI-8 Channel Switch Comm Error. SRI received packet from the 8 Channel Switch which did not include all parameters. If "Actual Cnt" is 0, fiberoptic cables between SRI and 8 Channel Switch may be disconnected. Cmd: 4 Expect Cnt: 5 Actual Cnt: 0
