The system scans all the way through to the end of the acquisition, but no images reconstruct

Symptom

No Images Reconstruct even though the Acquisition Completes See Long Description TPS resets and the system scans all the way through but no images reconstruct. There are AP errors in the log. This is not intermittent. Happens on every scan.

2253514 AP Failed to pass the image reconstruction test.
