Symptom
MRIQ Torso PA Coil Phase Wrap Artifact in SSFSE and Asset Studies with Coronal Rx. Signal loss to patient right side to interior of anatomy in wedge-like shape. Damage to anterior (top) side coil element thought to be cause (diode or coil element failure) possibly due to flexing the coil to conform to patient anatomy without additional foam padding to give extra rigidity.
