PM SPT has missing test results.

Symptom

PM SPT is missing Test Results for Z isocenter, Gradcal X Y Z and Head SNR See Long Description. The site would scan PM SPT but during the test it would display a pop up on the screen saying " The duplicate exam number are encountered. Try to select latest one, scanned within an hour, but no later than it is now. Failed to select the exam ". There was only one error in the log which was 2218600, invalid CV entered. After the hour long test completed not all of the test selections would be in the report, the results for Z-isocenter, Gradcal X Y Z, and Head SNR were missing. I started out by reloading proprietary service software, then reloaded 11x patches and moved the service exam number up. Then I deleted all the patches, restored INFO from several months ago, and finally removed all the old SPT files on the system. None of this solved the problem.
