System stops scanning and tech had to do a TPS reset frequently.
Symptom
System Stops Scanning and Images do not Reconstruct. Frequent TPS Reset needed. Note: Ping to APS, AGP & Terminal Server are okay. System lock up only happens during scans. Sometimes scanning is completed but no images come up in the Autoview and nothing listed in the Image Browser.
Error message
2248321 - The SC server is not responding, the server might be hung. Error: 2248321 Host: MR01 Process: NSP File: SCP:sct_wdog_exp Line: 1003 Communication Error. The callback for SCSM state 0x2 was not received in time. The SC server is not responding, the server might be hung. Please perform a TPS reset to recover.
