No PROBE phantom received during Excite HD Installation.
Symptom
PROBE phantom not received with PROBE 2D & 3D CSI options. Are we required to perform a calibration for PROBE CSI? FE found PROBE phantom (2152220) was not delivered with the new Excite HD system. In checking eLicense, we found the customer only ordered PROBE 2DCSI - M3333WJ & PROBE 3DCSI - M3333WK. The customer did not order the two PROBE/SV options; PROBE-P - M3333WG & PROBE-S - M3333WH. In checking parts structure, the PROBE options they ordered do not come with a phantom. Also the PROBE cal procedure makes no mention of PROBE CSI, only PROBE-P & PROBE-S. Is any calibration required?
