Symptom
16 Channel CTL coil producing noisy images on the Cervical A 16 channel system, customer is saying bad images on Cervical CTL coil plugs into the Legacy port. See long description for troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting steps taken: Ran MCR2 tool, all passes . Ran Coil SNR test, fails with ROI 4. Ran MCR tool, fails 7 and 8 Ran 16 switch diags, fails 7/8. Swapped receivers 7/8 and 1/2. Still fails MCR 7/8. Replaced the 16 channel switch and got the same thing. Checking the bias on 7/8 with the MCR tool plugged in, get the 4.7 volts on all ports 1/8. Swapped out the Multi coil module and all preamps still fails MCR 7/8 .
