System fails to boot Application Software.

Symptom

System fails to boot Application Software. Can't ping anything in the MGD. Excite HD upgrade. First boot fails. Cant ping the Term Server or any of the boards in the MGD.

Error message

2229307 Communication problem between the APS, AGP, and SCP boards. Bridge Board mapping synchronization timeout occured. Value 0x5555 not found at address 0xC41000A8 after 20000 msec.->
