Load From Cold Fails with I/O Error SDD During LFC (loading Linux) on 12.X a pop-up window appears I/O error SDD 1,2,3,4 choices are: retry, skip and cancel retry and skip have no effect. Cancel continues with load continuing to give these I/O errors.
