TPS Reset Failure Due to Non-Fatal Interprocessor Test Failure. 3T Eclipse
Symptom
Unable to Download or Reset the TPS MGD or ISE Unable to download TPS or ISE or MGD chassis
Error message
Testing CPU-IPG Inter_Processor: Non-Fatal Failure Detected ! After the Install of FMI 60645 (3T Eclipse Exciter Upgrade), TPS Will Not Download. The errors shown below are logged into the message log on any reset attempt. The Bit3 network is working fine. When viewing the output of the TPS-CPU via the "Debug" connection (Run 818), using the command "cu tps", the following error message is posted during the power-up test: Testing CPU-IPG Inter_Processor: Non-Fatal Failure Detected !
