Unable To Select Or Add An IVI Film Protocol See long description. The Customer is running IVI and is unable to get a film protocol that they had created earlier. They are also unable to add a new film protocol. When they got to "DISPLAY MODES" in IVI and then choose SET BATCH/ MOVIE LOOP, they choose "GET PROTOCOL" to select a protocol that was created earlier but the list came up empty. They tried to add a new protocol using the "ADD PROTOCOL" option. When they click "ADD PROTOCOL", the box opens which allows them to type in the protocol name but after this, they get a message "Cannot read [the protocol name they typed]".
