EPI White Pixel Test fails to start, system reports "epi option not loaded"
Symptom
EPI White Pixel Test fails to start, system reports "epi option not loaded". FE performing an Excite HD upgrade and is trying to run the epiwp test. When he tries to start the test, it fails to start and reports "epi option not loaded". The FE checks and finds that he has not yet loaded any options. He then went into eLicense and generated the DWEPI (Diffusion Weighted Echo Planar Imaging) key and installs it on the system. But this has no effect on the problem. The test still refuses to start and it gives the same message as before.
