CWA. cannot scan. getting SPI-WIM errors.
Symptom
SPI To Workspace Interface Module Link Is Not Working System is unable to prescan, APS or MPS, fails with a message of SPI-Workspace Link is not working. The TPS Reset had been done and a workspace shutdown and reboot, but did not help.
Error message
2241074 Workspace Interface Module, WIM, failed memory tests or DUART initializat ion.
