Excite-II System Can't do a saveINFO Due to a DVD drive installed which causes a conflict with the mod on 11x
Symptom
Excite-II System Can't do a saveINFO See Long Description An Excite-I system (10.0 M4, Octane) upgraded to Excite-II (11.0 M3, Linux PC) over the weekend. The upgrade went according to plans until it came time to backup the system info to MOD. When attempting to run the saveINFO from the install GUI the system would appear to be saving the data correctly, the MOD would look like it was writing to the disk, for a long time (about 6-7 minutes), then abruptly the system would freeze, the mouse would lock-up and the FE would have to cycle power to the HP Linux-PC to recover.
