"Prep Action failed" while trying to run grad shim scan
Symptom
"Prep Action failed" while trying to run Grad Shim scan. Error log indicates: 2227915 "The IT link is possibly disconnected or the IT boards are not communicating." Cycled power to the System Cabinet and then to the entire system - no help. Ran quick diags and all tests pass. Reseated the AP, FP I/O, BIT 3 boards - no help.

2227915 The RDBM Read Header function returned the following error: 6. The IT Link is possibly disconnected or the IT boards are not communicating.
