Can't Display Images Written to CDR or DVD on Excite HD using Centricity DICOM Viewer version 2.2 on a PC or Laptop due to Incorrect Jumper Setting of SCSI Bridge Board in SCSI Tower.
Symptom
Can't Display Images Written to CDR or DVD on Excite HD using Centricity DICOM Viewer version 2.2 on a PC or Laptop See Long Description I successfully burn a CD on the scanner. When I put it in a PC, I get an error that says, “The Ordinal 35390 could not be located in the dynamic link library. Kernel32.dll” I can see that there’s image data on the CD, but can't read it. Intermittently I can restore it on the scanner. Other times it says there is no data. I've already replaced the CD drive and reloaded software with no luck. When I test a burned CD from another system, able to read it on a PC.
