Symptom

Can't Display Images Written to CDR or DVD on Excite HD using Centricity DICOM Viewer version 2.2 on a PC or Laptop See Long Description I successfully burn a CD on the scanner. When I put it in a PC, I get an error that says, “The Ordinal 35390 could not be located in the dynamic link library. Kernel32.dll” I can see that there’s image data on the CD, but can't read it. Intermittently I can restore it on the scanner. Other times it says there is no data. I've already replaced the CD drive and reloaded software with no luck. When I test a burned CD from another system, able to read it on a PC.
