May also have 410011 if the Innova log were the UPS has a command on mains and if UPS ok switch back to inverter on for 410011 Clear. Suggest reviewing the error code reference from the symptom field 4567 Command Load on Mains UPS event = Innova error 410011 4568 Command Load on Inverter = Innova error 410011 clear Exam interruption risk if power is lost.
