Floppy disk damaged during Load from Cold
Symptom
Floppy disk damaged during Load from Cold 2 Innova 2000 sites have had problems with the floppy disc drives “eating” the floppies when attempting to carry out a Load from Cold. At one site the drive damaged 2 floppies before the root cause was detected. At the other site the drive only damaged one floppy.
