Perform high Voltage testing on the system to determine if that is the root cause of the issue. The USER field of the error block contains the Tube, Focal Spot and Function in the following manner: USER error status = TFnI , where: T = tube number F = focal spot (0 = small, 1 = medium, 2 = large) n = 0 I = function 0 = rad 1 = Cine 2 = Conventional Fluoro 3 = Progressive Fluoro
