Lights on SCIM are flashing See Long Description for details of "flashing" SCIM lights are flashing and system will not boot all the way up to apps. Tech described the lights on the scim as flashing one at a time in a left to right to left pattern. Error: 230011004, Error: 200002352 - (Death of scanfilemgr) and Error: 200002368 were seen in gesys log.
