Unable to generate scantools software option key in eLicense
Symptom
Unable to generate SCANTOOLS 12.0 OPTION KEY 1.5T option key in eLicense. In eLicense we see the key 5122374 "SCANTOOLS 12.0 OPTION KEY 1.5T" but we are unable to generate this key even though eLicense is correctly configured for the model type "excite12". Why can't we generate this key? How can we get the SCANTOOLS 12.0 OPTION KEY 1.5T loaded onto this system?
