Database Inconsistency Failure

Symptom

Database Inconsistency Failure: Continue and call service for repair is displayed on the image monitor. This issue may occur during "Start" of an exam or during an exam. It occures when a file corruption has occurred in the DL database. This is a warning to the customer that file corruption has occurredon the image disk and a corrupt sequence may not network or display properly. Xray is not inhibited. Database Inconsistency Failure: Continue and call service for repair is displayed on the image monitor. This issue may occur during "Start" of an exam or during an exam. It occures when a file corruption has occurred in the DL database. Database inconsistency failure and a Debug text of Check And Repair Requested at Browser initialization. When the customer boots the system, the image monitor displays Database inconsistency failure: Continue and call service for repair. This is a warning to the customer that file corruption has occurredon the image disk and a corrupt sequence may not network or display properly. Xray is not inhibited.
