HDE System Emergency Stop EMO Trips Immediately after Reset.

Symptom

HDE System Emergency Stop EMO Trips Immediately after Reset When the EMO RESET is pressed, you can hear the contactor "connected or closing" sound in PDU, but it will disconnect immediately by itself. The main breaker was not tripped. The EMO Reset will not stay latched. Also a message; PDU is in stop mode,24V power is only 20.3V in the cabinet monitor appeared in the status window located in the upper left corner window. The system goes to Emergency Stop State. Please contact your Service Representative and check cooling system with them.
