Cant Start A New Patient Due To Diagnostic Communications (DC) Error When Reading Socket Connection
Symptom
Unable to Start a New Patient Entry. This site had crashed numerous times as a result of a severe storm. After a successful reboot, and TPS RESET, the new patient entry was not responding and the system was reporting messages of Startup of Application failed, Reset TPS and MDS Link failure appears to be broken between SCP and the Gradient.
