410013 or UPS 4118 (Fluoro UPS battery test error), Backup Power not available. If problem persists, Call service is displayed on the DL image monitor. Alarm, beeping. 410013 or UPS 4118, Backup Power not available. If problem persists, Call service is displayed on the DL image monitor. Exam interruption risk if power is lost. UPS failure. Call Service 410013 or UPS 4118 (Fluoro UPS battery test error), Backup Power not available. If problem persists, Call service is displayed on the DL image monitor. Alarm, beeping. May also have 410011 if the Innova log were the UPS has a command on mains and if UPS ok switch back to inverter on for 410011 Clear. Suggest reviewing the error code reference from the symptom field 4567 Command Load on Mains UPS event = Innova error 410011 4568 Command Load on Inverter = Innova error 410011 clear Exam interruption risk if power is lost. UPS failure. Call Service

Check UPS error log. 410011: Root Cause: Fluoro UPS problem This error is logging a problem detected on the UPS. Recommended Action: Make sure that the battery is well charged. If not the case, wait for the battery to charge. Verify the UPS for internal errors. To do so, open a browser on the DL and check the UPS internal errorlog. Verify the connection between the UPS and the On/Off board. 410012: Root Cause: Fluoro UPS problem This error is logging a problem detected on the UPS.
