Symptom
Application software does not boot with error "Host Monitor Not Running after 150 seconds". See Long Description The customer decided to enter changes to the coil configuration file by directly editing the /w/config/CoilConfig.cfg file. After rebooting the system, the application software did not come all the way up. It failed with "Host Monitor Not Running After 150 seconds".
