Unable to scan with message Prescription allocation request fail due to Corrupt Image Database.
Symptom
Unable to scan with message Prescription allocation request fail System is able to prescan. But when the prescan ends and the scan is about to begin, it fails with a message "Prescription allocation request failed". This message doesn't appear in the log, but another one does (see below): Error: 2218079 Host: MR6 Process: msgView File: ImageStat.cc Line: 68 Image space query failed

2224611 Prescan was unable to connect to the EPIC process. Prescription Allocation Request Fail 2217988 Internal Software Error. Unable to establish communication with PSD.
