Unable to Download or Reset The TPS MGD or ISE Due to RRF Power supply.
Symptom
Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.
Error message
2254012 RRF-DIF Fiber Optic Link Error on the Master RRF-DIF board. 20 MHz Clock Present signal is in an Invalid State.-> See Long Description Extended Error: Check the Gigalink fiber optic connection between the IRF I/O and RRF-DIF Boards. If IT cables are connected and the system indicates that the 20MHz clock is missing then check the state of the voltage status LEDS on the rear of the Exciter Board. If any are not illuminated then check for missing voltages from the test points on the front of the RRF power supply modules
