Symptom
SPT Fails Head Stability on isocenter Slices Only 12.x and later systems. See long description. SPT Fails Head Stability on isocenter slices only 12.x and later systems. The Head stability both FSE and FGRE are failing severely (or high marginal) on only the isocenter slices on the sagittal (slice Y Read Z) and axial (slice Z read X) gradient pairs. The instability may be primarily seen in echo center or may effect the other plots.
