Symptom
Innova System would not power up. Customer complains the VCIM will not turn on. With UPS, VCIM does not turn Innova ON and 20KVA UPS does not turn ON Innova System would not power up. Customer complains the VCIM will not turn on. With UPS,VCIM does not turn Innova ON and 20KVA UPS does not turn ON. The Main CB1 in the PDB immediately shuts down when the VCIM or the green power on button on the PDB is pressed. Intermittent. Innova System would not power up.
